Unable to connect to ACI Simulator Reservation Lab via AnyConnect

I am using MacOS and established VPN successfully.   I am able to ping 10.10.20.7 (Guacserver) but 10.10.20.70 (ACI) is not reachable via SSH or HTTPS.

No luck.  Host 10.10.20.70 is not reachable.

i cannot find your active reservation to this sandbox. please post the username of this active reservation so i can debug further...

I created another instance and still the host 10.10.20.70 is not reachable.  Please take a look at the reserved instance for "ACI Simulator Reservation Lab".

i see your reservation and your APIC server is responding. please report any other issues you may see.

Not sure why it is not responding thru' AnyConnect VPN.  The VPN is connected and the route details includes 10.10.20.0/24.

After successful VPN connection, when I do ping 10.10.20.70, it times out.

Now I am able to ping and ssh to 10.10.20.70.  But https://10.10.20.70 is not responding/timing out.  Can you please look into this?

I have the same problem, VPN established successfully but unable to connect to, or ping any resources...
