Hi Joe,
I was able to connect last week using the Web SSL VPN and initiating the tunnel connection from there, which downloaded an even earlier build of AnyConnect 3.1.
As of now I am still unable to generate any traffic through the UCM. I have installed Jabber on my local desktop and connected to the CUP server, but in the Connection Status window it shows that I am not connected to the Softphone. It indicates a network problem, but I am able to ping both the UCM publisher and subscriber.

Hi Bill,
Can you try the connection now again?
