Hello,
When I tried to connect to the LAB using the browser it hanged on downloading the client , so it asked to download and setup manually.
After I set up the anyconnect client and entered the URL sent by the reservation, it fails with the flowing errors :
[02/04/2015 15:48:44] Contacting 64.103.37.21.
[02/04/2015 15:48:48] Connection attempt has failed.
[02/04/2015 15:48:50] Connection attempt has failed.
[02/04/2015 15:48:51] Connection attempt has failed.
[02/04/2015 15:49:04] Connection attempt has failed.
[02/04/2015 15:49:04] No valid certificates available for authentication.
[02/04/2015 15:49:06] Connection attempt has failed.
Moreover, I can't ping 64.103.37.21
How can I solve the issue ?

Hello There,
Thanks for you question! Could you verify which lab you are attempting to connect to? And what is your username you are using in the sandbox?
With this information, I can lookup and verify your VPN information in the sandbox.

Thanks for this post, looks like we are seeing some issues connecting to the VPN. We are working on it at the moment. I will get back to you shortly when we have found a solution.
Are you being prompted for credentials, or did it fail before that stage?

Hi Jacob,
It seams that the issue still exists on Lab 8.
When I try to connect to https://64.103.37.21/rave08 via login user name iamjackbob, the same error message shows again.
Could you check that?
