Webex Room Kit Plus CE sandbox instance is created and started correctly.
I'm able to connect to the VPN using credentials received by email but when
I try login in the instance I get always Invalid credentials using admin as user
and the password received in the email.
This problem is present since last week but was unable to open a ticket because
community site was not available.

Thanks for the answer but points 1-4 cleared, no luck.
Not sure how to contact the right support for devnet sandbox issues.
The recommened action in case of issues is to post a message in this forum

Same exact issue for me. I'm able to connect to VPN, but the credentials for the instance (provided in the email) don't seem to work.

@sfiesta I asked the support and the answer is that it is a known issue because sandboxes have been used for Cisco Live
and need to be reset before becoming again available. Still waiting for this reset...
