Unable to reserve Unified Contact Center Express 12.0 Sandbox

I get errors when trying to reserve Unified Contact Center Express 12.0 Sandbox. I cannot use it.

Looks like overhanging issues from the planned maintenance on the week gone. Suggest waiting a few hours and trying again.
