VPN Connection to Broadworks Sandbox

I received my DevNet Sandbox Lab is ready email but there are no VPN credentials for the anyconnect VPN in that email. My sandbox ID is 0955e854-6df7-49ef-aa0c-3810b0499895

Got it, had to join it via the webex developer site under the support section. I'll close this out and ask for help there, thank you.

Hello, VPN is not required for endpoint registration or XSP access. Users reserve the lab and receive software group and user information via email.

Hope this helps.

Not looking to access CommPilot portal exclusively, I want to be able to SSH into the XSP/AS to test XSP_CLI/AS_CLI configuration commands. In the topology for the sandbox, there are SSH items in the menus for those servers but they open a new tab with a URL that doesn't resolve.

Got you, I am not sure. I would suggest head over to the WxT DevNet Developer Support and ask in here https://developer.cisco.com/site/devnet-chat/

Chat doesn't load. I enter my email, click the check boxes and click "GO" and nothing happens. Looked at the headers and they're sending back a 400 response and the preview says that "email is required" even though I'm putting in my email address.

Very odd, try this direct link DevNet Dev Support Questions or when in your WxT's search for `DevNet Dev Support Questions`.

Clicking that link brings me to Webex and then it says that either the space doesn't exist or I'm not a participant in the space. Searching for the space brings up no results. Maybe I need to log in to teams.webex.com rather than regular webex.
