VPN Connection to sandbox is failed

When I try to connect with Anyconnect using the account information I have received at this time,

the connection fails with the message "Could not Connect to server. Please verify Internet connectivity and server address."
A week ago I was able to connect to the sandbox on my same PC.

The URL for this connection is the same as when the sandbox was reserved last time, only the port number is different.


The sandbox ID is e36169ab-42d5-4a7d-be54-320008321f5d.

Please check the URL (port) for connecting.

I am also facing the same problem this week.

 

My Sandbox details are as follows.

    Sandbox id is da658a4e-c145-4f72-bb0a-6d1ddf9eba39

  • Your lab's private VPN connection information:
    • Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20203
    • Username: kirviswa
    • Password: ECUXYDYX

Not able to connect to this ip devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20203 through anyconnect vpn.

Kindly look at this issue and resolve it asap.

I canceled this sandbox reservation, made the same sandbox reservation again,

I tried the same with the account information I received,

and the connection was successful. (I haven't changed the PC settings in particular)
This issue will be closed.
