We need to open up our firewall to permit access to the Sandbox environment using AnyConnect. Does anyone know what the tcp port range for this is? It normally appears to use a port somewhere in the 20000 range, but the port number changes every time we renew the sandbox access. If we had the range, we could add this range on to our firewall.
Thanks for any help

Hello Graham,
The port range will be anywhere from TCP 20100 through TCP 20354. Give that a try and you should be good to go.
If that's not working, keep in mind VPNs also use TLS (TCP 443) and DTLS (UDP 443). Though typically these are open in most organizations.
Please let me know if you've got any other questions!
Thanks!
