WONT LET ME CONNECT

Enter the site into vpn, asks for username and password, type it in exactly as shown in email, but says invalid credentials every time.  I have now missed a lab because of this.  Please help!!

Hello @gveres66157 this typically happens when the sandbox has come up with errors, suggest cancelling the reservation and reserving a new one.
