We are facing an issue when we integrate ITSM (ServiceNow) with CISCO Dnac.
Following steps are done.
1. Enable basic ITSM (ServiceNow) CMDB synchronisation bundle, and configure it.
2. Set Operational Limit and Source Identifier for ServiceNow
3. ServiceNow access settings
4. Event settings.General setting.
  1.        Rest endpoint for publishing event
  2.        ServiceNow access settings
  3.        Set operational limit and source identifier for ServiceNow
6.      5. Inventory Sync Settings.
  1.        Inventory Items per iteration.
  2.        ServiceNow connection
When we schedule create inventory sync, its give an error on Dnac.

Hi - this item is tagged as "SDK support" only. The issue appears to be a more general issue (ie not SDK specific), so I suggest updating the tags.
