Scalable Group in DNA

Is there any specific reason that I can not see Scalable group from ISE in policy dashboard ?

I have ISE and pxGrid active and available with green check mark however scalable group is not showing up.

Please check if the subscriber is online in ISE. If it is online, then please collect RCA and open up a TAC case.
