Is compatible N2K-C2248TP with N9K-C93180YC-FX?

I was working in the interconnection  N2K-C2248TP with N9K-C93180YC-FX, I could see the N2K in the N9K, when I type show  Fex I can see the FEX but in state down and never go up, I don't know they are compatible  or I need anything additional in the configuration.

When I did roll back  N2k to N5k they are working OK.

The N2K-C2248TP was connecting to N5K with release n5000-uk9.5.2.1.N1.4.bin and working ok and the N9K with release nxos.9.3.10.bin.

The Configuration is same in both SWs (N5K & N9K)

I default the config of interface make it simple config to work, before proceed to extra config :

Hi, I eliminate the port-chaannel and configured only physical interface e1/1 but it not worked neither

I saw in the matrix that the N2K is compatible in release 7.0(3)I5(1).

Could be a problem because I have release 9.3.10 in N9K and the N5K was working is release n5000-uk9.5.2.1.N1.4.bin when it was parent to the N2K?
