802.1X and MAC option on SG200 switch

Hi community,

I am configuring a SG200 switch for integration with a NAC, I want to authenticate users (802.1X) and phones (MAC), so I need to configure ports with "802.1X and MAC" option. According to the switch guide this is possible

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/smb/switches/cisco-small-business-200-series-smart-switches/smb988-802-1x-port-authentication-configuration-on-cisco-200-300-se.html

But in my switch I don't find this option:

The guide is for version 1.3.0.62, and the switch has version 1.3.7.18.

Any idea?

Regards,

Julián

Small model like 200 does not support that feature i guess : (datasheet shows only 802.1x)

Yes,

Documentation is confusing, because 802.1X Port Authentication Configuration on Cisco 200/300 Series Managed Switches says Applicable Devices: SF/SG 200 and SF/SG 300 Series Managed Switches.

Sometime Cisco documents are not updated as expected. (if you verify with other document and you have device which do not have that option) - that indicates that this feature not supported.

For Clarity you can call SMB TAC case and ask - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tsd-cisco-small-business-support-center-contacts.html
