GBIC in port Gi0/49 has bad crc

Hola buenas tardes la verdad es que he estado navegando por la red para encontrar alguna solucion a este problema encontre que se podria solucionar con un upgrade pero lo hice y nada les cuento tengo un switch catalyst 3650 quiero hacer una trunk con el SFP pero al conectar mi mini-Gbic me manda el siguiente error:

Description: GBIC in port Gi0/49 has bad crc

Explanation:  The GBIC was identified as a Cisco GBIC, but it does not have valid "  "CRC in the EEPROM data. 

Recommended Action:  Check to see if the Cisco IOS software running on the system supports "  "the GBIC. If the GBIC is newer, a system software upgrade might be "  "required. He encontrado la solucion en efecto es la actualizacion del ios lo unico que hice fu  Agregar una cuenta FTP  ip ftp username  ip ftp password  posteriormente descargue la version del ios correspondiente al switch 3650   c3560-ipservicesk9-mz.150-2.SE2.bin  una vez descargado el ios lo subi a mi ftp y escribi el siguiente comando   copy ftp: flash:   y te pide el ip del servidor ftp posteriormente el nombre de la imagen  y el nombre con que deseas guardarlo  ejecutas   conf t boot system flash:c3560-ipservicesk9-mz.150-2.SE2.bin esperas a que termine  pulsas end  exit write memory reload y listo esta actualizado y sin problemas de puerto mini-Gbic  Cual quier duda un comentario y con gusto les ayudo.
