Hello community, I would like to request your help as I am encountering this issue when trying to use Cisco Configuration Assistant (CCA) to configure a UC520: "An error occurred while configuring the device. To generate troubleshooting log, choose Help Support Information Troubleshooting Log, then open a case with Small Business Support Center. To continue, reset the device to factory default state (Maintenance Restart/Reset), then re-launch the Telephony Setup Wizard (Home Telephony Setup Wizard) Error Desaris: [%1], (%2) If you are manually shutting down CCA, Ignore this message."
