Hi all,
Since 3 months ago, I have had issues accessing any Cisco Website. They recovered my access to most cisco websites, but for the website www.ce.cisco.com, they recovered my access and my certifications track. However, all the information about the training and CLC that I have earned so far is not showing on the dashboard. The Cisco Team ask to me to open a case with Cisco Cert Support but since then I can not log into the system.

I am getting this message:
We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.
Has anyone faced the same issue?
