Boa tarde senhores , 

 

Poderiam auxiliar no caso abaixo , estava utilizando w10 depois de realizar o down grade para w7 estou com esse problema ao acessar o packet tracer , alguém sabe me dizer do que se trata , segue em anexo ..

Existe um workaround conforme esse post

1. Start an existing PT-Lab (any, doesn't matter)

2. After the error message, close that window

3. Now an "authentication Failed" windows appears. Just click OK

4. On the next windows "Exit -- Packet Tracer" click cancel

5. Voilá. You can work in this lab or just create a new one!"

Soluction:
Great news I have found the issue. Issue is with QtWebEngine that Packet Tracer is using. It looks that it need some libraries from DirectX. When I installed 'DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer' (maybe I had some old version) everything start to work.
