Make sure you connected to console port - check the connection

I am guessing its console baudrate issue

what terminal software are you using ?

you can use putty as below : ( some time you need to change 9600 to increasin higer level) also change the COM1 to your environment.

I changed the rate both higher and lower,and it didn't solve
