Dear all
I've had some issues with my IP phones during the calls. It has shown me on the Phone's display "Network down" and getting mute in the middle of the calls.
I checked the logs on the access switches (C2960X) and appeared logs of interfaces like:
Dec 11 18:41:44 MET: %ILPOWER-5-IEEE_DISCONNECT: Interface Gi1/0/42: PD removed
Dec 11 18:45:22 MET: %ILPOWER-5-POWER_GRANTED: Interface Gi1/0/42: Power granted
Dec 11 20:30:07 MET: %ILPOWER-5-IEEE_DISCONNECT: Interface Gi1/0/39: PD removed
My IP phones are Grandstream GXP1625;
My access switches are C2960-X and are running into version 15.2(4)E2;
Below some outputs of one interface has been crashed:

Hi....
Could you provide the interface configuration from your switch?
Did you try with another phone or this problem occurs with all of them?
Try to connect your phone in another interface to verify if this problem occurs in another port.
