I'm working on this architecure right now as a part of my internship I've already created the Vlans  , configured SVi's(192.168.VlanID.X) and HSRP in the campus and DC cores .Activated trunk mode between access layer and the cores in both campus and DC and assigned ip address for the rest of interface (between the cores and the super core) (10.0.0.Y).
How shall I proceed with the configuration ?

Start by writing what you want to accomplish from this network. Without and end goal or purpose it’s just a piece of hardware. Here is an example

Provide connectivity for remote site users to resources in vlan 30 only in data center, if this is your goal then start by :

establishing connection between remote site and edge, decide what routing protocol you are going to use, will the traffic coming into to edge be inspected by fortinet before being router to data center, policy of data center firewall for remote access, routing protocol between data center and super core for return traffic .. etc etc. 

another example could be provide access to web server hosted in data center in vlan 40 from net. 
you get the idea I think ..

I previously configured OSPF in the super core and cores in a single area  for networks 192.168.VlanID.0/24 and 10.0.0.0/8 to establish access between DC and Campus . But my supervisor asked me to look for another solution as he thinks what I did shouldn't be done in practice  . but reading the cisco guides (CVD , enterprise ...)  it's either OSPF or EIGRP is used .Is it preffered make static routing in this case , if so , shall I configure svi for all the vlans in the supercore and configure HSRP on that layer as well ?
