Je ne vois pas vraiment quel processus est à l'origine de ce problème de CPU, pourriez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît ? La mise à niveau du système d'exploitation est-elle recommandée dans une telle situation ?

Hello zizou6500,

 

Ces problèmes de CPU peuvent parfois être délicats. Pour répondre à un problème général de CPU, il faut être capable de déterminer quels paquets vont au CPU et si ces paquets sont censés être vus dans le processeur ou non.

 

 

Des paquets ne peuvent pas être directement transmis par CEF et doivent être traités plus en détail. Cela se fait par une inspection rapide lors des décisions d'expédition. Si un paquet répond à des critères tels que les suivants, il est marqué pour un traitement ultérieur et envoyé ou « donné » à la CPU du commutateur pour la commutation de processus : Pardon c´est en anglais ☺️

ARP requests and replies

IP packets requiring a response from a router (TTL has expired, maximum transmission unit [MTU] is exceeded, fragmentation is needed, and so on)

IP broadcasts that will be relayed as unicast (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol [DHCP] requests, IP helper-address functions)

Routing protocol updates

Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP) packets

Packets needing encryption

Packets triggering Network Address Translation (NAT)

Legacy multiprotocol packets (IPX, AppleTalk, and so on)

Packets destined to the switch à this is not exception

Packets with options

No route in the HW CEF

Resources full (tcam , template)

SW-supported feature ( nbar, GRE) or feature exception

ACL log

Multicast path setupMulticast RPF dropspackets punted to generate ICMP redirects)

Aussi tu dois considerer le résultat de cette commande et prendre en consideration  le principal  contrevenant ( le processus qui consomme le plus de CPU)

Verifier si il y a un bug qui se rapporte a ce processus  là selon la version d´ IOS que tu utilises .
