I am migrating from an Alcatel PBX to CUCM, I need to retrieve the functions from Alcatel and try to implement them on CUCM.
There is a function on Alcatel of the type enter in third or intrusion, this function makes it possible to force a call on a busy telephone in order to be able to speak with the person, this use is used for emergencies, the scenario is:
phone A calls phone B, phone B is busy with phone C, on the busy signal phone A dials a code, phone C is put on hold and phone A is in communication with the phone B.
Can we have an equivalent function on Cisco CUCM?
I see that there is Barge but it only concerns Shared Lines
