Cisco CO DUO doesn't do push, only other sites?

Hi, have a strange situation I can't figure out. I have DUO loaded on my phone and works fine. The only issue is, when I use it for some clients, when I go to log in, DUO pops up/sends me a notification, which is fine.
When I try and log into Cisco sites specifically, though, I have to enter the DUO code (i.e. open the app and enter the digit code from the app onto the website).
Is there no way to change the behavior for Cisco sites so that they "pop" DUO like other entities do?
Do I have some incorrect setting on my Cisco CCO login or something?

You have everything right on your side.

As you know, you can use the DUO app in place of Google Authenticator for example.
And the CCO login is using that functionality, strictly speaking the CCO login isn't using DUO at all, it just has a DUO logo with google authenticator functionality.

And as such, there's no push functionality that can be used with CCO login.

Some other portals within Cisco, like the Security Cloud Control etc, are using DUO, and there you have the push functionality.

Hopefully Cisco will unify this as some point, but until then you just have to keep on writing the code in.

Do you know of a Cisco link/group you can provide where the DUO push does happen? My thought is we can suggest this to Cisco in one of the feedback areas to see if they can make that happen.

Hi @Jonatan Jonasson , just following up if you or anyone has any Cisco sites that I can use as an example for my suggestion to Cisco re: setting up this website login to do the push notification?

Cisco Security Cloud does use the real DUO and provides push (+ more) for the Security Cloud Customers. I have no idea why Cisco did not implement this for their CCO accounts but it is what it is.

Thank you @rschlayer , but can you give me an example of the Cisco Security Cloud portal for instance? I just would like to give them another example of where they do it, in the hopes they can do it for CCO.
