I use Duo Mobile push authentication to access an externally-managed cluster. When using an SFTP GUI app (Transmit) to access the filesystem I'm often presented with multiple almost simultaneous authentication requests (I assume multiple threads opening their own connections). When this happens, the animation that follows clicking on the "Approve" button quickly becomes irritating.
If I'm making a single authentication I can move my attention away from my phone and ignore the animation - if I know I have to click the button six times in a row the 3-4 second wait for the phone to draw the animation and bring up the next approval screen seems very long. What should be a 2-3 second process (click the button six times) becomes a 25 second process, and it makes the application feel very slow.
An animated 'yes, you clicked the button' screen seems functionally unnecessary once a user is familiar with the app. I'm sure the developers could come up with a much quicker verification response, even if it's a non-defualt option that can be selected in the preferences. Is there a formal channel for suggesting enhancements to the app, or do the developers/managers read this forum?

We can make sure someone from the Mobile team sees this feedback. Are you using the Android or iOS app?

Hi Kristina,
I'm working with the iOS app. Thanks for forwarding my feedback to the appropriate eyes!
