Hello:
When I try to login to my account on Duo’s website I am presented with the Option to use Duo Push as a 2FA method. When I click it I never get a push notification from the Duo Mobile app. I can send a text and it works fine. Other apps I use with Duo Mobile also work fine. Is there a setting I need to enable? Thanks!

Never mind. Fixed. Needed to add Duo Mobile to the account.
