As of October 14, 2025, Duo operating systems policy enforced by Duo Desktop considers these Windows releases end of life:

  • Windows 11 22H2 (10.0.22621.5909)
  • Windows 10 22H2 (10.0.19045.6456)

As Microsoft's end of support date for Windows 10 is also October 14, 2025, only Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU) build versions will remain "current" in Duo operating systems policy. If you have not obtained ESU coverage for your Windows 10 clients and want them to continue accessing Duo-protected resources then you should avoid setting your Windows policy to block the Windows 10 22H2 19045.6456 release.

Operating systems policy is available to customers on Duo Advantage and Duo Premier editions.

Note that this end-of-life status only impacts policy enforcement outcomes.
