Hi,
I want to send some mails (based on recipient) at an alternative sandbox system.
I use the content filter "Send To Alternate Destination Host" with the IP of my sanboxing system.
It works well. But if my sandbox system is down the emails stay in queue.
I wish that my email go to "default" destination route (in smtp routes) when my sandboxing system is down ?
Regards
Guillaume

Maybe you can resolve this by a special smtp-route.
Create a smtp route "oursandbox.local"
add ips or hostnames from sandbox and default mailhosts.
set sandbox system to highest prio (e.g. prio number 0)
set default systems to lower prio (e.g. prio number 10)
Refer the smtp route "oursandbox.local" in your content filter.

Ho nice trick.
It seems to work. There is a little delay when sandbox machine is not up but it is normal. Just multiple retry I guess
Thanks
