Hi irsahd,

You should be able to search for the Subject as it is from the message tracking or grep the mail_logs from the CLI. And from there you can get all the information you are looking for.

Raed

It helps to know that ?utf-8?Q? (and B?) is an encoding instruction and won't be picked up by the message tracking facility. My off-platform grep is also struggling with it, despite quoting.

Solved. This happens when the Subject header is encoded to include characters beyond the standard ASCII range. This is done because SMTP is limited to 7-bit characters. Any 'hi-bit' characters must be encoded to fit into this range.
