the antivirus server error you have received is related to an issue with the Sophos AV engine where it can happen that particular messages cause this internal Sophos error. The issue is only seen on older version of AsyncOS which also use older versions of Sophos. The solution is to upgrade to version 7.6.1. which uses a newer Sophos AV engine without that problem. As we are still working on the issue and if you have access to MID 6897178 as it was received by the recipient, it would be great if you can create a RFC822 MIME encoded file (.eml) from the original message and send it to support.
