AsyncOS 12 not available from CSMA 11.2.1-115

Why is the AsyncOS 12 version not available on the SMA appliance?

In CSMA AsyncOS 12 release notes is written:

You can upgrade to release 12.0.0-322 from the following version:

:
11.5.1-115

:

We've checked the connection to https://update-manifests.sco.cisco.com. Connection status is ok.

The upgrade from 11.5.0-075 to 11.5.1-115 was made without any problems yesterday.

Is there an issue with the upgrade path?
