Your SMA connection to your host1.domainname.com device, can you try to re-establish the connection and test the services again.
After which ensure that it is all connected fine.
If any errors come up, please let me know what you see.
Next step I would recommend is checking the SMA's 'smad_logs' to see if you're seeing any errors or connections recorded.
If the issues still persist, we would require remote tunnel access to see if there is a greater issue at hand and have TAC engagement with you.
