Bounced email report

Is there anyway to find the list of recipient email addresses that are bounced?

Hi,

Under Monitor -> Message Tracking -> Advanced, you have the options to search based on hard bounced and soft bounced emails which should show you results including the recipient.

Hi Libin,

Thanks for your reply. The emails are send by an ironport and the bounced emails are received by another ironport. In this case, is there anyway to retrieve the recipient details?
