C100V migrated configuration from C170 System Upgrades "No available upgrades"

I have migrated the configuration from a C170 to an ESAv C100v same versions in both 11.0.4-003. Everything is working fine including virus and other updates, but if i try to update to a newer OS version I get the message "No available upgrades."

How can i solve this issue?

This is one of the few places where VMs have to have a different config than hardware.



o SSH to the ESA appliance.

o Run the CLI command 'updateconfig'

o Type 'dynamichost' [This is a hidden command - you will not see it in the list of options]

o Enter 'update-manifests.sco.cisco.com:443' as the dynamic host

o Commit the changes.

I already made this, and all Updates except Asynch OS Updates are working well

11.0.4-003  is a recent release that currently does not have an upgrade path out of it.

We'll need to wait for the next major release and its release notes should help confirm if that upgrade path is made available.

I currently do not have an ETA though.
