Cannot find documentation AsyncOS 10.0.3-004 for Cisco Email Security.

Hi there,

For a customer of ours, they're currently running ASyncOS version 10.0.3 on a physical C690 email security appliance. We want to looking document about ASyncOS version 10.0.3 so that we can send to customer but the link to document is not available. We are in need of documentation on how to get the appliance log. Hope you can help us with this problem.

Hasn't really changed from 10.x to current version.

You probably need to enable FTP on an interface if you want to download logs.

We just want to be as sure as possible. Cause recently when getting the device log, the customer's system encountered an error and had to open a case to solve that error. So we are very concerned about using documentation that is not suitable for the client's OS.

Thought i had it, but they don't seem to have admin guides for email before version 14.

This is the oldest I can find and it goes back to 11.0

That's the SMA...
I can't seem to find the ESA version anywhere on their site...
