Cannot reset my password

hi

I lost the admin account password for the ESA C680 device.

 

I found a way to change and reset the admin account password by losing the admin account password while I was conducting the POC to the customer.

In the above link, you will be asked "Contact Cisco Customer Support for a temporary admin password."

We will not be able to share the string over the public forum - if you can contact Cisco TAC with a case we'll be able to assist you with the password reset string to use.
