Cannot upgrade SMA

Hello, is there any problem with update server? because when i tried to upgrade SMA the download stuck at 6%.I have tried to download directly via this link http://updates.ironport.com/fetch_manifest.html but failed. it's happen at12-13 Jan 2021 GMT +7

We haven't seen any reports for issues on the Cisco servers at this time. You could try again and check using packet captures if the issue persists.
