cisco esa set message size limit to inbound emails

any external user (e.g. user@hotmail.com...) receive bounced email when sending large email size email to our domain stating that " your message was not delivered to anyone because it is too large. the limit is 10 MB , your message is 14 MB"

esa.domain.com gave this error: SMTPSEND OverAdvertisedSize; message size exceeds fixed maximum size

note that: esa.domain.com is our esa appliance name

I can send large emails internally and externally without any issue, but cannot receive large emails from external domains,

how I can solve this issue

In the WUI, you can navigate to Mail Policies --> HAT Overview. Once there, you will need to select the corresponding Mail Flow Policy and edit the Max. Message Size value (defaults to 10M).

To find the mail flow policy that these messages are hitting you would need to review the mail logs and/or tracking for these messages and then see which sender group is being applied.

Thanks!
