I have 2 Cisco SMA, Primary and the Secondary , Only the primary cisco SMA connected to the cisco esa Appliance. Every midnight i will do schedule backup from primary Cisco SMA to secondary Cisco SMA.
Why i can't see any message tracking in the secondary SMA?
In the reporting page it show result normally.
Is this normal?

Was this functioning before? i.e. were you able to search of emails via message tracking on Secondary SMA before?
If yes, are you able to view emails on Primary SMA? Generally when a backup is performed its like a "database" copy from primary to secondary. At situations when primary SMA has issues, the backup SMA may get corrupted too.
If there are no issues with Primary SMA, we may need to look at backup logs to verify if the last backup was successful. Further look into the underlying database for errors/messages that may indicate the root cause. Better work with TAC.

Actually i forgot. Usually i use message tracking on the primary device. In normal condition can we use message tracking on secondary sma?

Secondary SMA without licenses is just a dummy box storing data from Primary. If there's no centralised message tracking license on secondary SMA, you will not see any results under message tracking.
