Cisco SMA not accessible after upgrade from 14.1.0-239 to 14.2.0-217

Hello,

A couple of days back I upgraded one of our SMA (M395 physical appliance) from version 14.1.0-239 to 14.2.0-217. After the reboot the SMA is not accessible through the network or through the console router. If anyone came across this issue previously then let me know the steps followed to fix this issue.

Not that we are aware of any of the issues reported here.

as you mentioned it was not accessble via IP and console, looks like the kit gone dead as per the information.

If you have physical access to the kit,. connect console cable and hard boot the device, (remove the Power cable, wait for 10min and  reseat the power cable and check the console logs)

after that still no console at all, then contact TAC for RMA
