Hi,

 

Cisco Threat Grid Appliances is not accessible after upgrade to latest version 2.18. air-gaped environment.

We have recently upgrade our Threat Grid Appliances to version 2.18(air gapped). After upgrade the device is not accessible through GUI and CLI. Only able to connect through console.

Please help and suggest if anyone faced this problem.
