Connection aborted by Sender Reputation: Awful

Hi all!

We whitelisted a domain but the connection is still refused because of reputation.

The mail gets into a HAT group with LIGHT_THROTTLE which checks for sender reputation.

Is there anyway to make an exception?

Under Mail Policies/Address lists, create an address list called SDR_Exceptions.
Add the domain.
Then under Security Services/Domain Reputation, set the exception list. Save/Commit...
