Anyone know where I should be looking to address this issue? Thanks for any help possible.

Try a reboot and see if this fixes the issue.

restart or contact Cisco TAC is best since this more to look with TAC engineer.

we have seen this issue if the device running a Long time. Glad all sorted at ended by reboot the device.
