Good day, Ironport sends reports. Restart the problem is not solved. Who knows how to solve the problem?
The Critical message is:
An application fault occurred: ('egg/Message.py dump|2579', "<class 'mid_map.UnexpectedType'>", '22078817377', '[egg/hermes.py run|163] [egg/hermes.py _run2|771] [egg/gcq.py mount|1377] [egg/gcq.py journal_mnt|1617] [egg/gcq.py write|672] [egg/gcq.py next_gen_safe|1087] [egg/gcq.py checkpoint|808] [egg/Message.py dump|2579]') argv: ['hermes.pyo']
Version: 9.7.0-125

More than likely you are hitting the following:
https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuw22284
This leads to an improper queue vs. reporting in terms of the MID, and the queue is reporting this as an application fault.
You are best suited to open a support case and have an engineer take a look at the appliance via remote access/tunnel - or, you can also try to correct the issue with resetqueue.
