Critical <System> alert

Hello all,

we got for the first time the below alert:

Any tips where should i focus my search?

Tried to find anything online with no luck.

this issue seems to be related to a defect:

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCui13242

 

it is caused when trying to view an email in the quarantine system, and this email has a peculiar combination of high bit characters

We also get these messages (as Critical System Alerts) irregularly several times a week.
We are on SMA 14.2.0-212.
Any updates on this?
