Hello,

We want to create a  custom role to delegate access to dictionnaries to the help desk.

The idea is to create a role  that can access :

- Message tracking

- Reporting

- Dictionnaries.

Is it possible to do that ? and if not what's the role that can do that without give too much permissions  ?

Kr,

Vincent.

Hi Vincent,

Custom user roles currently do not allow access to dictionaries and I was able to locate the below feature request for the same.

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuu67997/?reffering_site=dumpcr

I would think administrator access is the only one allowed to maintain dictionaries at the moment based on the description provided in the the user guides.
