Dictionary Templates

Is there a good source for creating various dictionaries nad not having to reinvent the wheel? For instance, I would like to create a profanity dictionary, and quarantine anything that matches that filter. Does anyone have a good source for profanity keywords?

The Email Security Appliance ship with default dictionaries:

profanity.txt

proprietary_content.txt

sexual_content.txt

These are located in the /configuration directory of the appliance and can be retrieved using FTP or SCP and used in setting up text resources
