There is a RAT for the relay listener, so technically, no, but its usually set to accept all recipient addresses as its intended to be "outbound".
Go to Mail Policies/Recipient Access Table, and you'll see a dropdown labeled "Overview for Listener". Set it to Relay to see that RAT...
