Enable API in IronPort

Hey everyone,

To some it might seem like a dumb question, but how do you enable API in IronPort. The AsyncOS API document states that I need to navigate to  Network > IP Interfaces, however, I'm not seeing this option.

We are using C100v/M100v.

Click into an interface... you should see it there, along with enabling http/https/ftp/ssh, etc.

Im not sure how to access the interface on the cloud service.

You should probably contact TAC then...
It may be turned on for cloud accounts, or they may have to turn it on for you.
