encrypted messages on blackberry

is there any alternate to open the encrypted messages from the blackberry device rather than forwarding it to mobile@res.cisco.com

Unfortunately at the present time there is no other method for Blackberry devices. You can contact customer support and open a feature request so that this functionality can be considered for future addition to CRES.
