I'm trying to upgrade my c190 to 13.0.0.
I have error message during upgrade:
" The following errors occurred during upgrade:
The system upgrade failed. This could be the result of a network interruption or a more serious error. If this problem persists, please contact customer support.
Please attempt the upgrade again after clearing the error. "
There is no any issue with my network connections.
Next day I upgraded my device from 12.5.0 to 12.5.1 successfuly.
After that I try to upgrade from 12.5.1 to 13.0.0 again and i have the same error.
How can I upgrade my device?

Looks like somebody has the same issue reported in the community, in general, we have less visibility of the upgrade process.
So suggest contacting TAC for this issue to resolve quicker.

The download image for 13.0.0-375 was reported as corrupt. It will stop after 19% of download. We expect to see an updated image early next week.
